Comments

  • Unspecified vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition Designer component (Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.5), addressed by Oracle's April 2012 CPU. Oracle never disclosed the attack vector beyond "unknown vectors related to Designer", and despite the CRITICAL 9.8 score, no exploit code has appeared in the fourteen years since disclosure.
  • With no working exploit published and no technical detail to reverse- engineer one from, there is nothing concrete to build an ARMR rule against.

VRT selects the newest version's highest entry and publishes it as cvssScore, newest rather than largest because scores are not comparable across versions, and highest rather than first because the first entry is frequently a CNA placeholder scoring 0.0 over NVD's own analysis.
